Embedded between the glittering Lake Garda and the imposing mountains not far from Limone sul Garda lies the 5-star Design Hotel EALA My Lakeside Dream. The spectacular building is nestled against the rock, the contemporary architecture blends in with the surrounding landscape and is characterised by the use of local forms, colours and architectural traditions. An evergreen garden full of palm trees and cypresses and a private beach make the hotel a place of peace and serenity. The elegant swan, Eala in Celtic, served as a source of inspiration for the hosts in designing the hotel. The exclusive hotel has a total of 55 junior suites and 12 suites. The interior design is characterised by elegant shapes, high-quality materials, harmonious colours and well thought-out details. The rooms are flooded with light and all offer a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The suites, which are particularly well equipped, shine in pure white, blue, grey and silver and, depending on the size, are equipped with an outdoor whirlpool and a panorama sauna.

In the EALA Luxury Spa you can pamper yourself on 1,500 m². Several saunas, among them a panorama sauna viewing the lake, a steam bath, two indoor pools and an outdoor infinity pool leave nothing to be desired. The numerous massages and treatments can also be enjoyed outdoors in the garden. In this wellness oasis it is easy to bring body, mind and soul back to radiance.

Star chef Alfio Ghezzi is responsible for the culinary concept at EALA. In the restaurant "Fine Dining Senso" the dining room, which seems to hover above Lake Garda, alone is quite spectacular. The menu offers typical Italian dishes at a high level. In selecting the ingredients the restaurant works together with small local farms that are committed to sustainability. The "Alfio Ghezzi Bistrot", directly on the lake’s shore completes the culinary choice.

Best Room - Royal Suite Awen

The Royal Suite Awen is the most spacious suite at EALA. Guests can roam free on 107 m². The freestanding bathtub and the experience shower are complemented by a private pool, whirlpool and the panorama sauna with a view of the lake. From the 58 m² terrace you can access the 185 m² private garden of the suite.

Destination Tip

The picturesque little town of Limone lies on the north-western shore of Lake Garda. The terraced houses of the former fishing village are nestled against the rock. “Limone” means “lemon” in Italian and the town is famous for growing lemons and other citrus fruits. The picturesque lemon gardens stretch out above the town. Surprisingly the name of the city is not derived from the lemon groves, but from the Latin word for border “limes”. At one time the Republic of Venice ended in Limone. The mild climate of Lake Garda favours the luxuriant growth of the Mediterranean vegetation in Limone, which is rich in agaves, oleanders, palms, cypresses, centuries-old olive trees and citrus fruits. There is a lively bustle around the port of the historic city. Countless cafés and restaurants line up side by side close to the water. Not far from the town begins the nature reserve Valle di Bondo with countless hiking and trekking paths. The area is also great for mountain bikers – many trails run alongside the edge of the mountains with grand views of the lake. Verona, Milan and Trento are also easily accessible by car.
