Whether meat, fish or seafood \u2013 the head chef knows many producers personally. Tomatoes, courgettes, artichokes, melons, peaches etc. come from the hotel\u2019s own organic farm, while herbs are harvested in the idyllic garden. Bread, pasta and patisserie are home- made.
