Not to be forgotten are those with a view into the glazed open-view kitchen \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/www.lifestylehotels.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Aquarium.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Culinary delights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In keeping with the <strong>distinguished ambience<\/strong>, <a aria-label=\"culinary highlights (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lifestylehotels.net\/en\/stories\/eat-drink-en\/\" target=\"_blank\">culinary highlights<\/a> are served here, new ones every day, <strong>corresponding with the specialities of the season.<\/strong> <strong>The winter journey of flavours<\/strong> leads, for example, from saddle of venison to fermented red cabbage and chutney with sea buckthorn from the house\u2019s garden to sunroot with Erfurter radish. To finish, apple souffl\u00e9 and the house\u2019s own cassis crumble creation with echoes of the famous Kir Royal <strong>gladden the palate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The worls&#8217;s first caviar chocolates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On 4 December, one will be able to taste the world\u2019s first \u201ccaviar chocolates\u201d \u2013  in the framework of a complete <strong>caviar menu<\/strong>. These <strong>unusually flavoured<\/strong> chocolates combine the expertise of the caviar spe cialist Helmut Schlader with the know- how of the AQARIUM team: Head Chef Peter Reithmayr and Sous Chef David Bernauer.
